Shipping and Returns
1. Prices and Deliveries
Spain -only Peninsula and Balearics-: Include taxes, fees and shipping costs by courier.
** If you want to buy more than two pieces, before placing the order, contact us through email@example.com to adjust the shipping costs and make the appropriate invoice.
IMPORTANT: Shipping costs by courier:
- Canary Islands: to be determined upon request.
- Other destinations: according to destiny.
Please contact us by email to firstname.lastname@example.org and please send us your delivery address with Post Code. Once we have the shipping quotation we will inform you about additional shipping costs. Once we receive your confirmation we will send you your PayPal Invoice complete.
Online: with credit card or bank transfer through PayPal.
Offline or Traditional: please contact at email@example.com. Payment by bank transfer.
The prices include taxes and fees.
These prices are valid unless mistaken and could be revised and modified at any time without previous warning.
Delivery terms Valid only for Spain (Peninsula): the order will be received in the following 24-48 hours after the date of shipment. Shipping confirmation will be sent.

The transport is invoiced to the client, with a cost determined by the weight/volume of the packaging of the article. The goods always travel at the buyer's risk. For cases in which, due to the absence of the buyer at the place of delivery specified in the purchase process, a second or third delivery may generate additional costs, these costs will be borne by the buyer, leaving always the possibility that the Customer can pick up their package at the transport company.
Any reservation or claim must be made by the recipient to the carrier upon reception of the packages, specifically if:
• The packages have undergone modifications that presuppose fractures or theft of merchandise.
• If there were abnormal delays in delivery terms that would be attributable to the carrier.
The reservations or comments made on the delivery note give the right to make a claim for transportation damage within a maximum period of 24 hours, after which the right to claim the carrier is lost.
Carrier's responsibility and Replacement warranty:
In case of making a claim to the carrier and verify that the item has been damaged due to its responsibility, the customer should immediately contact Hemisferium. Instrumentos Científicos Antiguos S.L. through email (email@example.com) and send:
A. Copy of the claim made to the carrier, and, if possible
B. Pictures of the damaged package and the affected item.
Only in this case and satisfied the previous requirement of the claim to the carrier will apply the Replacement Guarantee by Default of Origin or Manufacturing.
The return of any merchandise will require the agreement of both parties.
Hemisferium. Instrumentos Científicos Antiguos S.L. reserves the right to demand compensation to compensate the possible damages suffered by the merchandise, as well as to recover the direct expenses caused by the return.
Hemisferium. Instrumentos Científicos Antiguos S.L. will only accept the return of the merchandise if:
1-Within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, the buyer exercises his Right of Return or Rejection. Hemisferium. Instrumentos Científicos Antiguos S.L. will accept the exercise of said right only and exclusively when the merchandise is in the same state in which it was delivered and ready for sale, with its corresponding original packaging and in perfect condition.
2- If the merchandise was defective of origin, according to the provisions of the Law of Defective Products (see Defective Items and Replacement Guarantee) Hemisferium. InstrumentosCientíficos Antiguos S.L.will proceed to immediately replace the product with another with identical, once received the defective product in its original packaging. (See also the Responsibility section of the Carrier.)
3- Hemisferium. InstrumentosCientíficos Antiguos S.L.it will also proceed to return the amount of the merchandise when for reasons not attributable (whether direct or indirect) to it, it would be unable to serve it. (Delivery Terms – Stock rupture).
4- Hemisferium. InstrumentosCientíficos Antiguos S.L.will accept the return of the merchandise when for causes attributable to it, the requested product does not correspond to the one requested by the client and, upon receipt in perfect condition of the wrong item, will proceed to send the correct article.
5- Customizations. The return of products that have been customized in some way at the request of the customer, and therefore have been produced especially for the customer will not be accepted by Hemisferium. InstrumentosCientíficos Antiguos S.L. In case of controversy or conflict that may arise from the interpretation or fulfillment of these Particular Conditions of Purchase, they shall be resolved before the Courts and Courts of Madrid.
Steps to follow:
1- Request the return via e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order by the courier. Please, inform in that email about your order and the reason why you return the item.Once we have received your return request, we will contact you to indicate the steps to follow in this return.
2- Next and always within a period of 5 working days from your request, our courier company will pick up the item in the place you indicate. Return expenses: transport costs will be paid by the customer.
3- Prepare the package to be collected in its original packaging, and make sure that the article and its presentation are in perfect condition. The return must meet these conditions to be accepted.
4- Once received the item in our offices will be thoroughly inspected. We will send you an email informing you of the acceptance of the return.
5- From this date, Hemisferium. InstrumentosCientíficos Antiguos S.L. has 30 working days to reimburse the amount of the purchase except the transport costs of the return.
The return costs will not be charged in the event that Hemisferium. Instrumentos Científicos Antiguos S.L. is responsible for the cause of return of the product.
The refund will be made through the same means of payment used in the purchase.
6- In case of not fulfilling any of these conditions, we will contact you to offer you the option of returning the items that have not been accepted. All expenses generated by this return, including the transportation of these items, shall be borne by you. If you do not accept this option,Hemisferium. InstrumentosCientíficos Antiguos S.L. can keep the items and the amount of them.
